Description of Service

FreeIL is an aggregation platform that locates and displays free events in Israel from public sources and user submissions. The application is provided "As-Is" with no warranties as to accuracy, completeness, availability, or timeliness of the information presented.

Complete Disclaimer of Liability

FreeIL and its creators bear no liability whatsoever, direct or indirect, for:

• Personal injuries, property damage, or any other harm resulting from attending an event listed on the platform.
• Cancellation, modification, or non-occurrence of any event.
• Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information displayed on event cards.
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
• Actions of other users on the platform.

User-Generated Content (UGC)

Users may submit events and comments to the platform. By posting content, the user represents that:

• They are solely and fully responsible for all content they upload.
• The content does not infringe any copyright, privacy right, or applicable law.
• The content does not contain false, misleading, offensive, hateful, or illegal material.

The application administrator reserves the right to remove any content and to suspend or ban any user at any time, without prior notice, at their sole discretion.

"As-Is" Service

The service is provided without any warranty, express or implied, including:

• No guarantee of continuous availability — the application may be unavailable at any time.
• No guarantee of data retention — data may be deleted without notice.
• No guarantee of a bug-free experience — the application may contain errors.
• No guarantee of continuity — FreeIL reserves the right to discontinue the service at any time.

Indemnification

The user agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless FreeIL, its creators, operators, and partners from any claim, damage, loss, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• The user's use of the platform.
• Content the user posted on the application.
• The user's breach of these Terms.
• Infringement of any third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

All rights in the design, code, and original content of FreeIL are reserved to its creators. Reproduction, modification, distribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited without explicit written permission.

Privacy

FreeIL collects the minimum information necessary to operate the service (email address for registration). This information is not sold to third parties. Authentication is managed through Supabase, subject to Supabase's own privacy policy.

Changes to These Terms

FreeIL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms shall vest in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district.
